I realized recently, after making jewelry for more than ten years that I was not considering jewels as a body ornament but more as little shields protecting us. I wonder what triggered my need to create jewels, as I’m staying far from trends, and I keep the rest of my attire very simple and so systematic that I could call it a uniform.
